BLOCO DO NORTE meets for a drumming workshop every Tuesday evening.
We start at 6.30pm and finish between 7.30 and 8.00pm.

Our workshops are FREE of charge. All instruments are provided.

You do not need any musical knowledge. We work by Whistle Calls, Hand Signals and “Call and Response” to liven up the music. All of which will be explained and can easily be followed. Our Musical Director leads the group and develops our skills and rhythms.

Basically we just strap on our drums, grab the tamborims, bells or chocalho’s and have some real Samba Fun. Why don’t you give it a try?
